About the Project

Blueprint Advisor is a business consulting platform focused on banking solutions, financial advisory services, and guidance on government schemes. The goal was to create a secure and professional digital platform where clients could connect with advisors, submit documents, track service progress, and make payments online - all in one place.

Virupaksha was responsible for designing and developing the complete web application from the ground up. The platform needed to be secure, easy to use, and structured for different types of users - including clients, service providers, and administrators.

The result was a streamlined, trustworthy platform that simplifies financial consultation while maintaining strong security and operational clarity.

Web Design

We created a modern, easy-to-navigate interface that reflects credibility and trust - essential in financial and advisory services. Clear sections, simple dashboards, and guided workflows ensure that users can complete tasks without confusion. The design focuses on clarity, making complex financial processes feel structured and manageable.

Logo Design

For Blueprint Advisor, we created a clean and trustworthy logo identity that reflects professionalism, stability, and financial clarity. The design was inspired by structured forms and balanced typography to convey reliability - an essential quality in banking and advisory services. The logo was crafted to feel modern yet authoritative, ensuring it builds confidence among clients seeking financial guidance. Designed for versatility, the identity works seamlessly across the website, documents, invoices, and marketing materials, reinforcing Blueprint Advisor’s position as a credible and dependable consulting platform.

Google Analytics Integration

To help Blueprint Advisor make informed business decisions, we integrated Google Analytics to track user activity across the platform. This allows the team to understand how visitors interact with services, which pages attract the most attention, and where users drop off during the process. Key actions such as service inquiries, document uploads, and payment completions are monitored to measure performance and improve user experience. With these insights, Blueprint Advisor can continuously refine its services, marketing efforts, and overall platform efficiency.

Secure Login & User Roles

To ensure safety and reliability, we implemented secure email-based OTP login. This removes password risks and adds an extra layer of protection. The platform supports three different roles: Clients - Can apply for services, upload documents, and track progress, Service Providers - Manage client requests and process documentation, Admin - Oversees operations, approvals, and system management. Each user sees only what is relevant to them, keeping the system organized and secure.

Document Workflow System

Financial services require document handling and verification. We built a structured document workflow where users can upload required files, and service providers can review, approve, or request changes. This reduces manual communication and keeps everything organized in one secure place.

Online Payment Integration

We integrated a reliable online payment system (Razorpay) so clients can pay for services directly through the platform. This makes transactions smooth, transparent, and convenient. Payments are tracked within the system, ensuring clarity for both clients and administrators.

Scalable & Future-Ready

The platform was built with scalability in mind. As Blueprint Advisor grows, new services, additional advisors, and expanded features can be added without disrupting the system. The final outcome is a secure, user-friendly, and business-ready web application that strengthens client trust and simplifies financial advisory operations.
