About the Project

MHLRP 2025 - Mental Health and the Lived Realities of the Peripheralized - is a prestigious international conference hosted by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Arunachal Pradesh. The event brought together global researchers, clinicians, academicians, and policymakers to discuss transformative approaches to mental health and equity. Virupaksha was entrusted with designing and developing the official digital platform for this international gathering. The challenge was not just to create a website - but to build a high-performance, institution-grade digital experience capable of managing registrations, speaker information, schedules, announcements, and real-time updates for 500+ participants across regions. The final result was a modern, fast, and intuitive platform that reflected NERIST's academic credibility while delivering a seamless experience to an international audience.

Strategic UX & Institutional Design

We crafted a structured, research - focused design language aligned with academic excellence. Clear content hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and accessibility - first layouts ensured that attendees, speakers, and organizers could access critical information within seconds - regardless of device.

Logo Design

For MHLRP 2025, we developed a distinctive and creative logo identity that visually represents the conference’s focus on mental health, lived realities, and inclusive dialogue. The mark was designed to balance academic seriousness with a sense of empathy and progress - combining thoughtful typography with symbolic elements that reflect awareness, connection, and global collaboration.

Collaterals

We designed a refined set of conference brochures and promotional flyers that reflected the academic depth and international stature of the event. The brochures were thoughtfully structured to present conference themes, keynote speakers, session tracks, and participation details in a clear and institution-grade format. Alongside this, we developed visually consistent flyers for digital promotion and on-campus circulation, ensuring cohesive branding across email campaigns, social platforms, and venue displays. These collaterals enhanced professional presentation, improved outreach effectiveness, and reinforced MHLRP’s identity as a globally positioned academic conference.

Google Analytics Integration & Data-Driven Insights

We integrated EmailJS for seamless form communication, Google Analytics for behavioral tracking, and Framer Motion to create subtle, professional - grade interactions. Mantine UI components enhanced consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility - ensuring a polished institutional standard throughout the platform.
